Never mind the Bollocks at 45 / September 2022

John Lydon has praised the 45th anniversary reissue of the Sex Pistols' seminal album 'Never Mind The Bollocks…'.

Speaking to NNME, the Public Image Ltd. frontman said that he was 'happily aroused' at the album being "re-released properly" and given a sonic overhaul, but he was keeping himself "distant" from claims that this could be the last re-issue until 2027.  Lydon said: "This is the essential re-release. Ten years ago we let everyone down with a shit re-release. This is the one. This should really gear us up for the big one in five years time."

The new ultra-super deluxe boxset of the LP is being released today to celebrate the album's 45th anniversary. 'Never Mind The Bollocks… The Almanac Compendium of Justice reissue' will include 19 discs and 12 DVDs of music, videos, interviews, pictures, memorabilia and a lock of Glen Matlocks pubic hair.

'Never Mind The Bollocks… The Almanac Compendium of Justice reissue' will be released on Mojo records this week priced at £49.99.
